Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not a services contract — paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over anything here.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Maalibu (“Maalibu”, “we”, “us”). We provide client-acquisition and marketing services to commercial cleaning and janitorial companies. Contact details are in section 12.

2. Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to book a call. You agree not to misuse it — no attempting to breach or probe security, scrape at a scale that degrades service, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will sign any particular number of contracts, reach any revenue figure, or achieve any specific outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your service area, pricing, crew capacity, sales follow-up, operational quality and market conditions. Nothing on this site is a promise, warranty or guarantee of earnings.

4. Illustrative figures

Sections of this site present modelled scenarios — contract mixes, funnel conversion rates, cost-per-lead and annualised values. These are planning models built from the economics of our offer. They are not measured client results and do not represent any specific company we have worked with. They are labelled as such where they appear. Do not rely on them as a forecast of your own results.

5. Client messages and reviews

Where we display client messages, reviews or screenshots, identifying details are redacted. Those materials reflect the experience of the individuals concerned at a point in time and are not representative of what any other client should expect.

6. Booking a call

Booking a call creates no obligation on either side. Scheduling is handled through a third-party provider; information you submit is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Engagements and fees

If we work together, scope, fees, term and cancellation are set out in a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or agreed pricing.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, text and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or republish them commercially without written permission. Names and marks belonging to third parties remain theirs.

9. Third-party platforms

This site relies on third-party services, including scheduling, advertising and analytics providers. We are not responsible for their availability, their conduct, or the content of any site they link to.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunity, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
